Notification of change in shareholding under the Finnish Securities Markets Act 
                                                                                
In accordance with Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, 
we hereby announce that Atria Group Plc has received the following announcement 
from Julius Baer Investment Management LLC concerning changes in their holding  
in Atria.                                                                       
                                                                                
As a result of Atria Group Plc's share capital increase on June 5, 2007 and on  
June 11, 2007 the holding of Julius Baer Investment Management LCC, on behalf of
its clients, together with the Julius Baer International Equity Fund has crossed
below five (5) per cent of the share capital of Atria Group Plc.                

The delay in notification was due to the Atria Group Plc's share capital        
increase not being reflected in the shareholder's information system.           

In accordance with the announcement of Julius Baer Investment Management LLC,
