Operational results for the nine months of 2009

The unaudited results for the nine months of 2009 of Limarko laivininkystes
kompanija AB (LLK) were prepared in accordance with the International Financial
Reporting Standards. 

The revenue of LLK for the nine months of 2009 amounted to LTL 100.0 million
(EUR 29.0 million) and decreased by 12% when compared to the revenue of LTL
113.5 million (EUR 32.9 million) during the nine months of 2008. 

During the nine months of 2009 LLK achieved the EBITDA of LTL 16.0 million (EUR
4.6 million) and the EBITDA margin was 16%. The EBITDA for the nine months of
2008 was LTL 24.9 million (EUR 7.2 million) and the EBITDA margin was 22%. 

The losses of LLK for the nine months of 2009 amounted to LTL 2.1 million (EUR
0.6 million). The losses of LLK for January - September of 2008 were LTL 3.4
million (EUR 1.0 million).
