Changes in Nurminen Logistics Plc's top management

Nurminen Logistics Plc   Stock Exchange Release 19 November 2013 at 8 am

The Nurminen Logistics Plc's President and CEO Topi Saarenhovi will leave his
current position. Mr. Saarenhovi will continue in the Company in other duties
until further notice. 

The Board of Directors of Nurminen Logistics Plc is pleased to announce that
Mr. Olli Pohjanvirta (LL.M.) has been elected as President and CEO of the
Company. Mr. Pohjanvirta has previously acted as the Chairman of the Board of
Directors of the Company. Mr. Olli Pohjanvirta will start immediately in the
position of the President and CEO. 

Mr. Olli Pohjanvirta has resigned from his position as the Chairman of the
Board of Directors of the Company. The Board of Directors of the Company has
appointed Tero Kivisaari (Master Degrees in Science and Economics) as the
Chairman of the Board.
