Reitir II‘s six months results 2010

Reitir II ehf. posted a ISK 375 million loss in the six months ended on 30 June
2010 compared with a loss of ISK 1,118 million in the same period in the
previous year. The Company‘s net operating profit amounted to ISK 566 million
compared with 728 milljónir during the same period in 2009. 
The outlook for the latter half of the year are decent but continued difficulty
in the operations are expected. 

Key figures:

-  Total assets amounted to ISK 21,257 million on 30 June 2010, a insignificant
   change from year-end 2009. 

-  Total equity amounted to ISK 3,474 million at the same time. 

-  Revenues for the six month period amounted to ISK 806 million compared with
   revenues of ISK 905 million during the same period in the previous year. 


Reitir II er fully owned by Reitir fasteignafélags hf. The Company owns and
operates 18 properties in Iceland.
