2010-05-10 12:51:50 CEST 2010-05-10 12:52:38 CEST REGULATED INFORMATION Ponsse Oyj - Company AnnouncementPonsse Plc to start repurchase of own sharesPONSSE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 10 MAY 2010 Ponsse Plc to start repurchase of own shares The Board of Directors of Ponsse Plc has resolved to exercise the authorisation by the Annual General Meeting on 31 March 2010 to repurchase a maximum of 165.000 of the company's own shares, which corresponds to 0,59 per cent of the total number of issued shares. The shares will be repurchased as part of the company's incentive programme announced on 29 April 2010 to be used as potential reward payments in accordance with the programme criteria. Shares will be repurchased otherwise than in proportion to the existing shareholdings of the company's shareholders using the company's unrestricted equity in public trading on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd at the market price quoted at the time of the repurchase. The repurchase of own shares will start on 18 May 2010 at the earliest. The repurchase authorisation will be effective until the next Annual General Meeting; however, no later than 30 June 2011 and covers a maximum of 250,000 shares.
