TALENTUM SELLS SVERIGE BYGGER AND NORGE BYGGES COMPANIES

Talentum sells Sverige Bygger AB in Sweden and Norge Bygges AS in Norway. The
seller is Talentum's Swedish subsidiary Talentum Business Information Group AB
(TBIG) and the buyer is DOCU Group Sweden AB. The purchase price is paid in
whole in cash on the ownership transfer date August 9, 2011. 

The enterprise value is approximately EUR 12 million and purchase price
approximately EUR 15.2 million, paid in cash. This will result in capital gain
of approximately EUR 7 million for Talentum on the third quarter of 2011. 

The transaction is estimated to reduce Talentum Group's net sales by EUR 3.6
million for the remainder of the year. Excluding capital gains, the transaction
will not have significant effect on Talentum's 2011 operating income for the
remainder of the year. 

Talentum acquired Sverige Bygger AB and its subsidiary Norge Bygges AS on
December 30, 2009. The enterprise value was EUR 4.7 million and purchase price
EUR 7.5 million. 

The companies produce and sell information and marketing services for the
construction sector in Sweden and Norway. They employ 77 persons in Sweden and
8 persons in Norway. 

The net sales of the companies for 2011 are estimated to be approximately EUR
8.4 million, EBITDA approximately EUR 1.0 million and operating income after
amortization of purchase price allocations (EBIT) EUR 0.4 million.
