Nokian Tyres: Disclosure under chapter 9, section 10 of the securities market act

Nokian Tyres has received an announcement from The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. on
February 12, 2025, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter
9, Section 5. According to the announcement, the holding through financial
instruments in Nokian Tyres shares and voting rights owned by The Goldman Sachs
Group, Inc. exceeded the level of 5% as a result of share transactions concluded
on February 11, 2025.

The holding through financial instruments of The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and
its controlled undertakings and funds in Nokian Tyres has increased to 7,275,783
