Sanoma's Annual Report 2010 published

Sanoma has published its Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2010 and its
first Corporate Responsibility Report.

The Annual Report gives a clear picture of the Group's operations and presents
the key events in 2010. Financial Statements include the consolidated financial
statements of the Group, the Board of Directors' Report, the Auditors' Report
and the Corporate Governance Statement. The Corporate Responsibility Report
defines Sanoma's corporate responsibility framework and summarises the key
corporate responsibility developments in 2010.

The Annual Report, Financial Statements and Corporate Responsibility Report are
available in pdf format in English and Finnish at Sanoma.com, the Materials
section. The Annual Report is also available on iPad in English at
http://itunes.apple.com/fi/app/sanoma/id418867495?mt=8.

The printed copy of the Annual Report will be published during the week
beginning 14 March. It will be sent to those, who have ordered it beforehand. A
