Elematic Oyj requests a waiver from bond holders and receives a waiver from a
bank creditor

Elematic Oyj Stock Exchange Release 25 November 2016 at 17:00 Finnish time

Elematic Oyj ("Elematic") has previously in a stock exchange release dated 21
November 2016 announced that Elematic has signed a term sheet with certain
bondholders outlining amendments of the terms and conditions of the EUR
35,000,000 bonds issued by Elematic (the "Bonds").

Negotiations involving the final amended terms and conditions of the Bonds are
still ongoing and not expected to be completed by 30 November 2016, which is the
next interest payment date under the existing terms and conditions of the Bonds.
Elematic has, therefore, today requested the bondholders' agent to instigate a
written procedure on the bondholders' approval of a waiver in respect of payment
of interest falling due for payment on 30 November 2016 until 15 December 2016.

In order to proceed with the negotiations, Elematic has today also agreed with
the bank creditor that they will waive relevant breaches under the bank credit
documents until and including 14 December 2016.
