The unaudited activity result for the first quarter of 2011 of Šiaulių bankas AB and the Bank's Group

According to the unaudited data Šiaulių bankas AB gained LTL 3.1 million (EUR
0.90 million) net profit over the first quarter of 2011, while the Bank's Group
gained LTL 3.3 million (EUR 0.95 million) net profit. 

The activity result for the first quarter of the year 2010 was: Bank's - LTL
6.9 million (EUR 2.00 million) loss, Bank's Group - LTL 8.1 million (EUR 2.35
million) loss.
