Hereby we announce a set of interim financial reports of SEB Bank dated 30
September 2009, which stands as the Annex to the draft decision of the
Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of SEB Bank to take place on
29 October 2009 regarding cover of the losses of SEB Bank by additional
contributions of shareholders. 

This notification is non-confidential.
