CENCORP CORPORATION HAS RECEIVED FLAGGING NOTIFICATION FROM KESKINÄINEN
ELÄKEVAKUUTUSYHTIÖ ETERA IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9 SECTION 5 OF THE FINNISH
SECURITIES MARKET ACT 



Cencorp Corporation (hereinafter ”Cencorp”) hereby discloses in accordance with
Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9 Section 10 that it has on 5 February
2014 received flagging notification from Keskinäinen Eläkevakuutusyhtiö Etera
(hereinafter “Etera”) pursuant to the Finnish Securities Market Act Chapter 9
Section 5. Pursuant to the flagging notification of Etera, its share of all
issued Cencorp shares and voting rights has fallen below 10 per cent.

3. Grounds for the flagging notification

Arrangement which has resulted in falling below the flagging notification
threshold of 10 per cent calculated in accordance with Finnish Securities
Market Act Chapter 9 Section 5

5. Key contents of the arrangement

Etera subscribed in total a number of 47.279.125 new shares in the share issue
resolved by Cencorp on 9 December 2013. Previously Etera owned a number of
16.394.735 shares in Cencorp. After all the new shares subscribed in the share
issue were registered with the Trade Register on 4 February 2014, the total
number of shares in Cencorp increased from 346.161.270 shares to 854.312.315
shares. In addition, Etera has the right to subscribe a number of 21.428.571
shares in Cencorp on the basis of the convertible loan issued to it by Cencorp
on 17 May 2013. 



6. Amount of shares and voting rights

Etera owned a number of 16.394.735 shares in Cencorp prior to the arrangement
described above and it has also had the right to subscribe a number of
21.428.571 shares in Cencorp on the basis of the convertible loan issued to it
by Cencorp on 17 May 2013. Etera's percentage of Cencorp's shares and voting
rights has been 10,29% prior to the arrangement described above assuming that
Etera would have subscribed all the shares that it would have been entitled to
subscribe on the basis of the convertible loan issued to it by Cencorp on 17
May 2013. 



Etera owns a number of 63.673.860 shares in Cencorp after the arrangement
described above and it has also the right to subscribe a number of 21.428.571
shares in Cencorp on the basis of the convertible loan issued to it by Cencorp
on 17 May 2013. Etera's percentage of Cencorp's shares and voting rights is
9,72% after the arrangement described above assuming that Etera would subscribe
all the shares that it would be entitled to subscribe on the basis of the
convertible loan issued to it by Cencorp on 17 May 2013.
