LEAD INVESTOR'S CONVERSION REQUEST RECEIVED, LARGEST SHAREHOLDERS ENGAGED IN
DISCUSSIONS FOR AGREEMENT ON FINANCING SOLUTION, AGM DECIDED TO BE ADJOURNED
UNTIL 3PM 





GeoSentric Oyj announces that it has now received an official conversion
request from its lead investor to convert their preferred convertible notes
(“Notes”) issued by the Company's Dutch subsidiary GeoSolutions Holdings N.V.
(“GHNV”) into the shares of GHNV. The Company was further informed that its
largest shareholders have engaged in negotiations with the lead investor with
the target to get into agreement on the terms of financing. To complete these
discussions the largest shareholders have together requested Company's Annual
General Meeting, that started today at 10am, to be adjourned to continue at 3pm
Finnish time today. 



The Company will announce the decisions of the Annual General Meeting and the
outcome of the discussions between the largest shareholders and the lead
investor to the markets immediately after the Annual General Meeting.
