Tecnotree Corporation has received a disclosure in accordance with Chapter 9
Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act regarding Tecnotree Corporation
shares. 

Lars-Olof Hammarén has sold all his Tecnotree Corporation shares to Oy Hammarén& Co Ab (business ID 0587774-1) investment company on 15th April 2015. The
holdings of Oy Hammarén & Co Ab have exceeded 5 percent in Tecnotree
Corporation due to share acquisition. 

The personal holdings of Lars-Olof Hammarén have been reduced under 5 percent
in Tecnotree Corporation due to disposal of shares being now 0. 

The total share holdings of Oy Hammarén & Co Ab have increased up to 8,803,480 
shares representing 7.18 percent of the voting rights in Tecnotree Corporation. 

The total number of shares in Tecnotree Corporation is 122 628 428 shares and
the total number of votes is 122 628 428 votes.
