Martela Corporation has received an announcement, in accordance with the
Securities Market Act, by Nordea Rahastoyhtiö Suomi Oy. Nordea Rahastoyhtiö
Suomi Oy announces that the total share of ownership, by the equity funds
administrated by the company, of the capital of Martela Oyj has been reduced to
0.57 per cent on May 22, 2008.
