PANOSTAJA OYJ'S 4,000,000 NEW SHARES REGISTERED

Panostaja Oyj's 4,000,000 new shares have been registered into the Trade
Register today 11 January 2011. Increase in the number of shares is based on a
directed share issue, which was decided by the board of directors 16.12.2010. 

The number of shares in Panostaja Oyj is now 51,733,110 and the share capital
is 5,568,681.60 euros.
