On changing charges for the power users electrical equipment connection to the electricity network

On July 21 2011, National Control Commission for Prices and Energy approved new
charges for the connection of new electricity power users. New charges,
depending on the user group, are 10-25% lower compared with the current. The
new charges take effect on September 1 2011.
