Technopolis Plc: Metso Deal Boosts Technopolis Pulkovo Pre-let Rate to 91,5 %

Technopolis has concluded a binding agreement with the Finnish technology
company Metso. The five year deal covers almost 3,000 square meters in
Technopolis' Pulkovo premises in St. Petersburg and includes a variety of
services. The tenant is scheduled to move into Technopolis Pulkovo starting in
September 2011. 

As a result of this deal the pre-let rate for Technopolis Pulkovo has now
increased to 91,5 %.
