Century Aluminum Sets Date for Second-Quarter 2007 Earnings Announcement

MONTEREY, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- July 02, 2007 -- Century Aluminum Company
(NASDAQ: CENX) will report second-quarter 2007 earnings on Tuesday, July 24th
after the close of market trading. The news release will be issued through

The company will hold a follow-up conference call on Tuesday, July 24th at 5:30
