Today  Landsbankinn hf. concluded a closed  auction of an existing series, LBANK
171110 and new series, LBANK 171211 and LBANK 180611.

In  total, 25 bids  were received  in the  auction for  the total  amount of ISK
4,980m.

A  total of 7 bids  for 800m were received  in the series  LBANK 171110 with bid
rates at 4.90%-5.15%. No bids were accepted in the series.

A  total of 13 bids for 2,920m were received in the series LBANK 171211 with bid
rates  at 4.90%-5.15%. Bids for 1,900m were accepted at a simple rate of 4.98%
equal to the price of 97.5442.

A  total of 5 bids for 1,260m were received  in the series LBANK 180611 with bid
rates at 5.09%-5.20%. No bids were accepted in the series.

Application  has been  made for  the bills  to be  admitted to trading on Nasdaq
Iceland on 12 June 2017.
