An agreement with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development          
concerning a convertible loan of EUR 30 million has been signed                 
On 14 October 2009 Šiaulių bankas AB signed an agreement with European Bank for 
Reconstruction and Development (ERBD) concerning allotment of the convertible   
loan of EUR 30 million to Šiaulių bankas AB.  The Board of Directors of EBRD    
approved this loan in August.
