Elematic Oyj has received a waiver

As described in the consolidated interim quarterly report 2/2016, the company's
order intake was low in Q2/2016 and the customer demand was weaker than was
expected.


The company was not able to fulfil a leverage covenant tested on 30 September
2016 and the senior and mezzanine lenders have agreed to waive the leverage
covenant breach until 29 November 2016.
