COMPTEL CORPORATION'S SHARE OPTIONS 2006 B WILL BE LISTED

COMPTEL CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 30 OCTOBER 2009 AT 2 PM 
COMPTEL CORPORATION'S SHARE OPTIONS 2006 B WILL BE LISTED                       

Comptel Corporation has applied for listing of its 2006 B share options
on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki commencing from 2 November 2009.    
The total number of 1,400,000 B share options                                   
entitles to subscribe a maximum of 1,400,000 Comptel shares. The share capital  
after subscription of shares may increase by a maximum of EUR 28,000. The share 
subscription period for the A share options begins on 1 November 2009 and       
expires on 30 November 2011.  
Each share option B entitles to subscribe one (1)                               
Comptel share. The current share subscription price is EUR 1.89 which           
corresponds to the trade volume weighted average quotation of the Comptel share 
on the Helsinki Stock Exchange during 1 April-30 April 2007 deducted by the     
dividends paid. From the share subscription price will, as per the dividend     
record date, be deducted the amount of the dividend decided after the beginning 
of the period for determination of the share subscription price but before a    
share subscription.                                                             

The trading code for the share options 2006 B is CTL1VEW206 and ISIN code is    
FI4000005335.
