Nordea Bank Finland Plc: Annual Report 2007

Nordea Bank Finland Plc's annual report for 2007 has been published.

The annual report now published covers the operations of Nordea Bank
Finland Plc and its subsidiaries. Nordea Bank Finland Plc is a
subsidiary wholly owned by Nordea Bank AB (publ). The financial
statements of Nordea Bank AB (publ) comprise the operations of the
Nordea Group as a whole and gives the best overview of the Group.

Nordea Bank Finland Plc's semiannual report will be published on 22
July 2008.

Nordea Bank Finland Plc is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nordea Bank
AB (publ), the listed parent company of the whole Nordea Group. This
statutory annual report covers the operations of the legal entity
Nordea Bank Finland Plc with its subsidiaries in Finland and abroad.

The business operations of the Nordea Group have been organised in
three customer areas, all of which operate across national
boundaries: Nordic Banking, Private Banking and Institutional and
International Banking. The consolidated annual report of Nordea Bank
AB (publ) embraces all the activities of the Nordea Group and
provides the most complete and fair view.  The Finnish Asset
Management & Life operations are included in the annual report of the
Nordea Group.
