We hereby announce that on 14 December 2015 certificates, which grants the
right to operate natural gas and electric equipment, were issued to Energijos
Skirstymo Operatorius AB (reg. no. 304151376, registered office placed at
Aguonų str. 24, LT-03212, Vilnius) by the State Energy Inspectorate under the
Ministry of Energy of the Republic of Lithuania.
