Elcoteq SE’s Financial Reporting Schedule for the Year 2010

Elcoteq SE will publish its financial statements bulletin 2009 on Wednesday,
March 10, 2010 at approximately 9.00 am (EET). The Annual Report 2009 will be
available during the week commencing on March 29, 2010 (week 13).

In 2010, Elcoteq´s interim reports will be published as follows:

- January - March on Wednesday, May 5 at approximately 9.00 am (EET)
- January - June on Wednesday, July 21 at approximately 9.00 am (EET)
- January - September on Wednesday, October 27 at approximately 9.00 am (EET)

Elcoteq SE's Annual General Meeting 2010 will be held in Luxembourg on
Wednesday, April 28, 2010. More details about the event will be announced in the
Annual General Meeting invitation later on.
