Tecnotree’s CEO Ilkka Raiskinen resigns and Padma Ravichander is appointed Interim CEO

Tecnotree assumes new leadership and appoints the Executive Vice President MEA
& APAC Padma Ravichander as Interim CEO as of 18.4.2016. In parallel Harri
Koponen assumes the role of Executive Chairman. 

“The appointment of Padma Ravichander strengthens the execution of strategic
measures followed by the debt restructuring process. Tecnotree aims to focus on
customer satisfaction. Padma has a thorough understanding and close
relationships in the markets and customers central to Tecnotree. The Dubai
office where Padma is located is in the middle of a significant market to us
and increases the interaction with the customers”, says Harri Koponen, Chairman
of the Board. 

Chairman Koponen thanks Ilkka Raiskinen for the leadership during the difficult
transition time and for his contribution as the member in the Tecnotree Board
before assuming the position of CEO. The Board wishes him the best of success
in his further endeavors. 

Padma Ravichander comments her appointment as follows: “I am excited and
looking forward to the new challenges ahead. I hope that my experience managing
successful global business will facilitate a new growth phase for Tecnotree”. 

Padma Ravichander (56 years) has 35 years of experience in software industry.
Ravichander has been with Tecnotree for a duration of 5 years. Previously she
assumed a position as Head of the Unit of Consulting and Outsourcing at Mercer
and assumed multiple leadership positions at Dell/Perot Systems and HP where
she has managed and held global positions leading and delivering multimillion
dollar businesses. Padma is a graduate of Stanford University as well as
University of Concordia in Canada. Padma lives in Dubai with her family.
