Sanitec Corporation: “One Sanitec” delivers

First quarter 2014 in brief

  · Net sales for the first quarter amounted to EUR 183.7 million (176.8).
Comparable net sales for the first quarter were 5.4% higher than previous
year1).
  · Operating profit for the first quarter increased to EUR 19.5 million (13.5),
10.6% (7.7) of net sales.
  · Profit for the period amounted to EUR 11.5 million (10.1).
  · Earnings per share, basic and diluted, were EUR 0.11 (0.10).
  · Cash flow from operating activities for the first quarter amounted to EUR
-12.9 million (-13.1).
  · After the reporting period the Board of Directors has initiated a process to
replace current financing.
