Honkarakenne Oyj has received information to the effect that shareholding under
the control of Saarelainen Oy (Business ID FI0817076-8) in Honkarakenne Oyj has
decreased under 30 % of the company's total share capital on January 19, 2011.

2) Date of the change in shareholdings: 19 January 2011

3) Share of total number of shares and voting rights in the target company:

Saarelainen Oy holds Honkarakenne Oyj A and B shares after as follows:

series B shares 682,460

Share of total number of shares: 15.9 %

Share of voting rights: 31.9 %

Under the control of Saarelainen Oy there are shares as follows

series B shares 1.242.588

which 300,096 are A shares and 4,868,872 are B shares. Each B share carries one

shares in aggregate carry a total of 10,870,792 votes.
