Change to Disclosure Date of January-June 2011 Interim Report

Elcoteq SE changes the disclosure date of the January-June 2011 Interim Report
to Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at approximately 9:00 am (EET), instead of the
previously announced Wednesday, August 17, 2011. This is due to the pending
review of the prospects of continuing the controlled management process in
Luxembourg.

The remaining date for financial reporting in 2011 will remain unchanged. Thus,
Elcoteq will publish the January - September Interim Report 2011 on Wednesday,
October 26 at approximately 9:00 am (EET).
