Tecnotree is postponing the publishing of its financial statements

In its release concerning financial reporting in 2015 Tecnotree announced that
it will publish its official financial statements for 2014 on Friday, 27
February 2015 and that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is planned to be held
on Wednesday, 25 March 2015. The Board of Directors of Tecnotree has decided to
postpone the publishing of its financial statements. The financial statements
will have to be published by 31 March 2015. In the company's release for the
financial report for 2014 published on 30 January 2015, it was stated that the
value of the equity of the parent company was less than 50 % of the share
capital on 31 December 2014. In connection with this, measures to put the
company back on a healthy financial standing will be discussed in the
shareholders' meeting. The presentation of these matters in the financial
statements will need to be ensured before publishing the official financial
statements. This is a matter of clarifying these issues but the figures in the
financial statements are not expected to be changed from those published on 30
January 2015.  A notice for the AGM will be published after the publishing of
the financial statements. It is possible that the planned time of the AGM will
be postponed. The notice for the AGM will have to be published at least three
weeks before the meeting.
