SEB Bankas AB - Prospectus

On 9 May 2012 the Bank of Lithuania approved the the Addendum to the Base Prospectus of SEB Bank Non-equity Securities. 


Vilnius, Lithuania, 2012-05-14 11:12 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 9 May 2012,
the Bank of Lithuania, which took over the functions of the Securities
Commission, has approved the Addendum to the Base Prospectus of SEB Bank
Non-equity Securities (Resolution No. 21-14). 



The Base Prospectus of LTL 1.5 billion for issuing non-equity securities
(approved by the Securities Commission on 1 September 2011, Certificate No.
4R-12) is supplemented with the Addendum regarding the new type of non-equity
securities (i.e. structured notes) issuance.
