Klaipedos Nafta - Interim information

Interim financial information regarding the twelve months of 2015

SC Klaipėdos Nafta (hereinafter – the Company) unaudited financial results for
12 months of 2015: 

  -- Net profit amounts to EUR 22.0 million or higher by 138 per cent if
     compared to the same period of 2014 when it was EUR 9.3 million.
  -- Profit before tax, interest and depreciation (EBITDA) for 2015 has
     increased by 2.2 times or 121.2 per cent, comparing to the same period of
     2014, and comprise EUR 37.4 million.
  -- The sales revenues for 2015 comprise EUR 109.7 million; it increased by 2.8
     times if compared to the same period of 2014 – EUR 39.8 million.
  -- The revenues and profit of the Company has significantly increased because
     of:
     -- LNG terminal results (the activity started in the end of 2014);
     -- The increased transhipment volume and profitability of oil terminal
        activity.
