The decision of the Board of ANYKSCIU VYNAS, AB

On the 24 th of August, 2010 the Board of ANYKSCIU VYNAS, AB took the resolution
to allow to make a purchase contract with A.L.D., UAB and acquire the shares    
under ownership A.L.D., UAB  in VILKMERGES ALUS, UAB, reducing the debt of      
A.L.D., UAB to ANYKSCIU VYNAS, AB. The value of transaction  5 270 000 LTL  ( 1 
526 297 EURO).
