Change in TEO Group structure

UAB Baltic Data Center, a subsidiary of TEO LT, AB, transferred a 100 per cent
stake in UAB Interdata to another subsidiary UAB Hostex. 

From now UAB Hostex owns a 100 per cent stake in UAB Interdata, which has a
subsidiary UAB Hosting, and UAB Baltic Data Center directly owns only a 100 per
cent stake in UAB Hostex. UAB Baltic Data Center also has a dormant subsidiary
in Latvia - Baltic Data Center SIA. 

UAB Baltic Data Center is a leader in the management of data centers and
information systems in the Baltic States. UAB Hostex, UAB Interdata and UAB
Hosting provide web hosting services.
