Basware signs e-invoicing services agreement with leading distributor of
industrial products and services in the UK

Basware will deliver e-invoicing solutions to Europe's leading distributor of
industrial maintenance and repair products and services in the UK. The specific
Basware services to be delivered include inbound e-invoicing and scanning
services for paper invoices. The value of the agreement is EUR 600,000 over
three years. The services will be deployed in early 2014."Basware's e-invoicing services will enable this customer to electronically
receive all of their 650,000 annual invoices. The customer will benefit from
improved vendor relationships through online collaboration, and improved quality
and accelerated processing of invoices. We will also help our customer to
develop a comprehensive invoice strategy to support their growth and enhance
efficiencies further across their current paper based accounts payable process",
