NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR TO START AT PANOSTAJA'S SUBSIDIARY TAKOMA OYJ



Kimmo Korhonen, Managing Director of Panostaja Oyj subsidiary Takoma Oyj, is
leaving his position. The Board of Takoma Oyj has invited MBA, M.Sc. (Eng.) Ari
Virtanen to become the company's Managing Director. Ari will assume his new
position immediately. Ari has worked in sales and management positions at
different units of Kalmar Industries Oy Ab and Tamrock, in Finland, South
America and South Africa. Since 2004, he has served as Managing Director of
several smaller companies in various fields of industry. He has strong
expertise in industrial marketing and change management in endeavoring to
improve the company's profitability and to sharpen its strategy. He last worked
as Managing Director of Plastilon Oy, a Finnish subsidiary of the international
Plasticon Group. 

Kimmo will continue as a member of the Board of Takoma Oyj and the second
biggest owner.
