Grigiskes AB - Notification on material event

Interim results for June 2008

In June the Group which consists of JSC Grigiskes and daughter enterprise
Baltwood LTD reached a turnover of LTL 11.7 mln. (EUR 3.4 mln.), which is by
2.6 % more than for June in 2007 when the turnover was LTL 11.4 mln. (EUR 3.3
mln.). Over six months this year the Group's turnover outmeasured LTL 77.1 mln.
(EUR 22.3 mln.), comparing with the same period 2007 the sales increased by
14.2 %.
