Change in Boreo Plc’s Management team

Aku Rumpunen, Chief Financial Officer and member of the management team, has decided to leave Boreo to pursue other opportunities outside the company. Rumpunen will continue in his current role until October 2024. The process for recruiting a new Chief Financial Officer will be started immediately.
