Íslandsbanki hf. - Company Announcement

CORRECTION: Islandsbanki hf. : Amendment to the Applicable Final Terms of covered bonds; ISLA CB 19, ISLA CB 16 and ISLA CB 15

An amendment has been made to the applicable final terms of ISLA CB 15, ISLA CB
16 and ISLA CB 19. Item number 12 of the Final Terms, regarding the Call Option,
has been updated so that it now refers to the Issuers right to redeem all, or
partially, of the outstanding bonds on their respective Interest Payment Dates
after the Maturity Date and up until the Extended Maturity Date. Furthermore,
item number 18 iii has been expanded so that it now explains how, if any partial
redemption after the Maturity Date is not sufficient to redeem all outstanding
Interest Payments, then the remainder of any Interest Payment shall be added to
the principal amount of the Covered Bonds.
