CHANGES IN IXONOS' MANAGEMENT TEAM

Senior Vice President  Mr. Pasi Iljin has as of 1 November 2012 been appointed
as a member of Ixonos Management Team. 

As of 1 November 2012 Ixonos Group´s Management Team comprises President and
CEO Kari Happonen, Senior Vice President Pasi Iljin, responsible for heading
and developing the company's business in North America, CFO and Senior Vice
President Timo Leinonen (until 22 January 2013), responsibility Finance, Senior
Vice President Timo Kaisla, responsibility Connected Devices service area, Vice
President Teppo Kuisma, responsibility Online Solutions service area and Vice
President Sami Paihonen, responsibility User Experience design service area.
