Notification of change in shareholding under the Finnish Securities Market Act

Amer Sports Corporation has received information to the effect that
Orkla ASA (Norwegian trade register no. 910 747 711) has on January
10, 2008 bought 300,000 Amer Sports Corporation shares. The number of
shares held by Orkla after this transaction is 3,887,880,
corresponding to 5.4% of Amer Sports Corporation share capital and
voting rights.

Amer Sports capital consists of 72,325,545 issued shares.
