IXONOS: NEW SHARES REGISTERED IN THE TRADE REGISTER





All 6 866 666  new shares issued in Ixonos Plc's (“Ixonos”) rights offering
decided by the Board of Directors on April 29, 2014 have been registered with
the Finnish Trade Register on June 23, 2014. The new shares will carry the
right to receive dividends and other distributions of funds, if any, and other
shareholder rights in Ixonos as of the registration of the offer shares with
the Finnish Trade Register. Ixonos has a total of 106 313 536 shares. Each
share carries one vote.
