ANNOUNCEMENT OF OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES    

PKC Group Oyj has 28 September 2010 received a notification with reference to   
Chapter 2, paragraph 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.                   

The share of votes and share capital in PKC Group Oyj held by corporations in   
which OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative (0242522-1) exercises influence, its 
subsidiaries and funds managed by its subsidiaries has fallen below the limit of
5% on 9 September 2010.                                                         

The funds managed by OP Fund management Company Ltd (0743962-2) have on 28
