Alma Media has received information to the effect that the holding of
Danske Bank A/S Helsinki Branch (1078693-2) in the share capital and
voting rights of Alma Media Corporation has fallen below the limit of
1/20 (5%) to zero due to a transaction conducted on February 26,
2009.
