TEO LT, AB - Notification on material event

Bertil Abrahamsson will be acting Director of Human Resources Unit of TEO

The Board of TEO LT, AB (hereinafter - “TEO” or “the Company”) appointed Bertil
Abrahamsson as acting Director of Human Resources Unit of the Company from 8
March 2013. Bertil Abrahamsson will occupy this position till a new Director of
Human Resources Unit is appointed. 

From 1999 till 2004 Bertil Abrahamsson was Director of Human Resources
Department of AB Lietuvos Telekomas. Currently he is employed by TeliaSonera AB
(Sweden) as Vice-President of Human Recourses.
