Under Chapter 2, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Market Act, Ixonos Plc has
been notified by Special Mutual Fund Avenir, that the ownership of Special      
Mutual Fund Avenir in Ixonos Plc´s share capital and votes has dropped below one
twentieth (1/20).
