Conserning BELVEDERE S.A. plans

AB “Vilniaus degtine” informs, that BELVEDERE S.A., the French concern to which
company belongs, intends to disclose their ulterior steps plan on April 21,
2009. AB “Vilniaus degtine” has not information about official decisions
concerning possible sale of BELVEDERE S.A. concern's properties in Poland,
Bulgaria and Lithuania at the moment.
