Nordea Bank AB (publ) - Increase of share capital

On 8 June 2007 the share capital of Nordea Bank AB (publ) was
increased by 3,120,000 euro by a new issue of 3,120,000 C-shares.
After the increase the total share capital of Nordea Bank AB (publ)
is 2,597,228,227 euro. The total amount of outstanding shares in the
company is 2,594,108,227 ordinary shares and 3,120,000 C-shares.
