Proha - Changes board/management/auditors

DECISIONS OF THE PROHA BOARD OF DIRECTORS' ORGANIZING MEETING

In its organizing meeting on April 19, 2007, the Proha Board of Directors       
elected Olof Ödman to continue as the Chairman of the Proha Plc Board of        
Directors. Ernst Jilderda was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Board.        

The members of the Proha Board of directors elected by the Annual General       
Meeting of Proha on April 18, 2007 are: Birger Flaa, Ernst Jilderda, Gjalt de   
Vries and Olof Ödman.
